This property was originally built in the 17th Century and has been restored and renovated to provide accommodation for groups of up to four people. There are many features that give the cottage a unique and charming feel such as a brick fireplace, a Victorian bed and iron-leaded windows. Modern twists help to ensure a feeling of comfort such as the Shaker-style kitchen and a Jacuzzi bath.

Full gas central heating with additional heating from log effect electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, colour TV, DVD player etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Stair-gate available. Off road parking for two cars. Small grassed section to front of property with garden seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and two pubs/restaurants 2 mins walk. Note: Access to the first floor is via a spiral staircase.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

The cottage was exactly as described and everything you could need was there. The overall location is very good and it was a really relaxing place, a 'home from home' and would certainly recommend to anyone. We had a fantastic holiday even the weather was good for us.

,Easy to find, easy base for North Wales amenities (especially with young family). Boys loved the spiral staircase, close proximity to football pitch down the road, and the jacuzzi bath!
