The Accommodation

Pier House occupies an enviable position with both beach and sea views.
Enter the house, into a small hall. Upstairs to a half landing with the family bathroom.
Up a half flight of stairs to enter the kitchen (with access into the garden) and lounge/diner.
Up another flight of stairs for another toilet with wash basin, main ensuite bedroom, a double room and a twin room. Up another flight of stairs to a second sitting room (with sofa bed) and two further twin rooms.

Furnished with bright, modern furniture, and cosy soft furnishings, to echo the light and character of Aberdovey. Overall effect is one of comfort and practicality for a family beach holiday or adult walking holiday.

1st Floor
A Family bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath with shower over.
The Kitchen has all appliances, including a large range cooker on gas & electric; dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, table seating 4, and back door leading out on to large decked area.
The Lounge/diner has a large South Facing Bay window with views of Seafront, Beach and Sea. An ideal place to just sit, relax and watch the world go by. 2 comfortable sofas, gas fire, TV & DVD. Large table seating 8.

2nd Floor
- Toilet with wash basin
- Main bedroom with en suite bathroom- double bed, large built in wardrobe and en suite comprising loo, sink, and shower.
- Double room - views of sea. Large built in wardrobe.
- Twin room - sea views

During the six week school summer holidays we can open up the 3rd Floor to guests. Up to 12 people can be accommodated when taking this option. There is also the option to do this all year round. Please contact us for details and pricing.
- Landing/sitting room - sofa bed, TV & video, selection of games and books. Somewhere to send the kids to play and relax.

Garden & Decking

From the kitchen door, you come to a large decked area, with table & chairs, and BBQ.

From here steps lead up to three terraced grass areas, climbing to the end of the garden where there is a garden bench for you to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down over the sea. A perfect end to a perfect day.

The house will be available from 3:00pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure

Long weekends
Friday to Monday, 75% of the weekly rate

Mid-week Breaks
Monday to Friday, 75% of the weekly rate

Non smoking property.
Heating electric storage heaters.
