Pensyflog is a wonderful 19th century, semi-detached farmhouse which is situated on a working farm just outside the delightful harbour town of Porthmadog in North Wales. With four bedrooms (two doubles, a twin and a single) and a family bathroom, this cottage can comfortably sleep seven people. The cottage also has a spacious fitted kitchen, a dining area, a utility room and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. To the exterior of the cottage is a covered veranda, a front lawn & patio, a large side lawn with furniture and a barbecue as well as off road parking for three cars. Pensyflog is a characterful holiday cottage in a superb location on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and yet is just a short walk from the sea.

Two well behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop (Tesco) 12 mins walk. Pub 8 mins walk.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,The cottage was a fantastic base. We liked it so much that on occasions we decided to go back to the cottage rather than stay out. The garden and fields were brilliant for our children and dog. The cleanliness was superb and the basket of goodies left upon our arrival was very welcoming, as were the flowers.

,The house was comfortable, spacious and very clean. The 'welcome pack' and fresh flowers were a lovely touch. Convenient base for visiting the area. The house was both close to local amenities, Tesco, Pubs, Restaurants etc but quiet and isolated from them.
