Tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, the property also has a sunny garden leading straight onto the Shropshire Union Canal, offering the perfect excuse to enjoy some al fresco dining by the waterside. The city of Chester and all of its amenities are close by, as is Delamere Forest and Snowdonia, offering visitors a wide selection of holiday activities.

This was a lovely property in a gorgeous location right on the canal with a sweet little garden. The cottage was very comfortable and had everything we could wish for. I had bought the cottage as a birthday gift for my parents (Dad's 80th) and they loved it. The proximity to Chester, the two pubs within walking distance, the canal - in short everything. The cottage had lots of space for a birthday meal for 8 and we all loved it. I think my parents would definitely stay again.

,I cannot recommend this property enough. It was old world charm with all modern comforts. Its central location and easy access to the A55 made it ideal for touring the area. The house had a homely feel and our children were very relaxed there. The information provided by the owner/previous holidaymakers to the house, on things to do in the area, were a great help. The proximity to the canal, the countryside and the city, meant that there was always something to do if you fanci
