This lovely semi detached cottage occupies a tranquil, quiet position within the owner's grounds and is very close to the tiny village of Sarn Meyllteyrn, only six miles from Abersoch. The cottage provides warm, comfortable and charming accommodation for a couple looking for a break in the countryside and combines modern convenience with traditional charm. The village itself offers a local store and pub whilst nearby Abersoch provides an array of shops and eateries as well as unrivalled water sports facilities. The surrounding countryside offers great opportunities for walking, cycling and bird watching whilst the spectacular Lleyn Peninsula offers golf links, fishing, horse riding and seal watching.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
"Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

,This is an exceptional rural property with superb views across the hills. It is close to both north and south coast by car and there is plenty of walking from the property itself. This was one of the most welcoming and well-equipped holiday cottages I have stayed in and a real credit to the owners who did everything possible to settle us in and ensure we had a good stay. In fact it was like staying with friends. I could not recommend this property more highly - it was great.
