One double bedroom, a luxurious bathroom and a comfortable sitting room with dining area and fitted kitchen provide all the amenities that visitors need while outside a private sitting area with furniture makes a great spot for a summer’s evening al fresco dining or relaxing with a good book. Visitors also have unrestricted use of the owner’s two-acre garden and wildlife lake facilities, making this a tranquil and peaceful location.

Note: The owner's two acre garden is involved in the National Garden Scheme in aid of approved charities, so there are a few 'open days' for the public throughout the summer months (guests are welcome to attend).

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
Property feedback
The cottage was comfortable and it was nice to be able to relax in the lounge at the end of the day. The owners were helpful and friendly but left us to enjoy our holiday. The gardens were lovely and we would definitely go back there and recommend it to our friends.

,The location was superb and the welcome from the owners very good. The property had had obvious recent refurbishments and was ideal for our needs. As always, Sykes properties are 'exactly what it says on the tin'!

,A very clean comfortable warm cottage. Everything you needed set in a beautiful garden with a fishing lake. It was lovely to be able to take my labrador with us. Our hosts made us very welcome. You do need a car here to shop, visit restaurants and travel around the island, which has many interesting places to visit. Weather was lovely!
