Description of property

This 17th century Grade II Listed, semi-detached holiday cottage is situated at Geufron, a smallholding of 20 acres of mountainside, surrounded on all sides by incredible views of the mountains, valleys and sea. Guests benefit from the luxury of a shared, heated outdoor swimming pool, pretty picnic spots, and lovely hillside walks. Sandy beaches, cycling, water sports and golf courses are all within easy reach of this relaxing holiday property.

Amenities

Storage heaters, plus additional electric fires. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer in shared utility room, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD player. Electricity by pre-pay meter. Bed linen inc. in rent. Towels (not tea towels or swim towels) and face cloth available to hire at £2.50 per person. Z bed by arrangement. Cot, highchair and stairgate by prior arrangement. Shared use of heated (to 21c) outdoor swimming pool open May Spring Bank Holiday to end of Sept. Children's play area. Nature walks on 20 acre grounds. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage in open shed. Side lawned garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Two dogs welcome at £10 per dog per week. Sorry no smoking. Shop and pub with restaurant 1 mile. Note: Private supply of spring water for consumption/washing.

All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
