3 Ffolt Cottages is a mid-terrace cottage situated in a quiet cul-de-sac near the village of Glanwydden, just outside the Victorian seaside town of Llandudno on the North Wales coast. With one double room and one family bedroom (double on the bottom and single on top) and a family bathroom, this cottage can sleep five people. The rest of the accommodation is made up of a compact fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside the cottage is off road parking for 2 cars and an enclosed rear garden with outdoor furniture and a front sitting area, whilst just ten minutes walk away is an award winning pub. Being situated just a couple of miles from the coast, yet within easy driving distance of the Snowdonia National Park, 3 Ffolt Cottages is ideally located for a family holiday whatever the time of year.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Pretty, enclosed rear garden with furniture, front sitting area with furniture. Bike storage by prior arrangement with owner. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 20 mins walk, AA Hospitality Wales Pub of The Year 2009/2010 “The Queens Head” which serves food and real ales 10 mins walk. Note: Neighbours on both sides of this Glanwydden cottage have access rights through the garden. Note: Check in at this property is 4pm, check out is 12 noon on departure day.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the 'Low' and 'Mid' periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
